Welcome! My name is Sara, the artist behind Pacific Print Company. Together with my partner Kevin, we create original and custom-engraved ceramics, stationery, and other unique art goods. Founded in 2024, our business was formed as a way to pair my love for artistic expression with our shared appreciation for nature and time spent outdoors. Through Pacific Print Company, we aim to craft meaningful, tangible pieces that reflect the beauty and simplicity of the world around us.By blending art, nature, and function, we create original, high-quality pieces designed to bring creativity into everyday life. Each item is made with intention as a way to celebrate beauty, and encourage authentic, creative living.

STEP 3
PICK AN ENGRAVING SERVICE
For each mug ordered, a engraving service must be selected.
Small = single sided, Large = double sided or full wrap engraving
STEP 4
PICK A COLOR
Choose a color for the engraving. For orders where color is applied to the engraving, ceramic paint is applied, allowed to dry, then cured with heat. This makes the finished mug dishwasher safe, though we do recommend avoiding directly scrubbing the engraved area with harsh abrasives to preserve it's quality.*Color availability varies based on mug style
STEP 5
SEND US YOUR ORDER
When you're ready, head over to our order page to submit your order. There, you will also be able to provide additional notes, and upload any relevant files that will help us create your mug (engraving-ready files, reference photos, handle facing left or right when applicable, etc.).Once we've received your order, we’ll review it and get back to you within 1–2 business days to confirm the details and outline the next steps.

Shipping
Domestic vs. international shipping
We currently ship within the U.S. via USPS, UPS AND Fed-Ex. We charge a flat shipping fee of $5.99 for all orders, and tracking is included with every order.
Estimated delivery times
Standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days. You'll receive a tracking number once your order ships.
Returns & Refunds
Do you accept returns?
We accept returns on non-customized products within 30 days of delivery. If your item arrives damaged, or you change your mind, you’ll receive a full refund (minus original shipping) once the item is returned.For returns that are not due to damage or defects, a $5.99 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.To start a return, please email us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return.
What if my item arrives damaged?
If your item arrives damaged or there’s an issue with your order, please contact us within 30 days for a full refund or replacement.

Because each item is made to order, we do not accept returns.

In-stock, non-customized items ship within 1–3 business days. Custom designs typically take 1–7 days to produce and ship, depending on the complexity. If additional time is needed, we’ll keep you informed every step of the way.

How to place one
To place a custom order, head to our Custom Orders page and follow the steps listed. Once you're ready, email your request to [email protected] with your design idea, quantity, and any reference images or notes you’d like us to consider.
Design process explained
Once we receive your custom order request, we’ll review your ideas and follow up within 1–2 business days to confirm details. From there:1. We’ll create an initial design mockup based on your vision.2. You’ll have a chance to review it and request two rounds of revisions (included in the design fee).3. Once approved, we’ll move forward with engraving and production.You’ll be kept in the loop throughout the process to ensure the final piece aligns with your vision.
Design Requirements for Custom Artwork
If you’re providing your own logo or artwork for engraving, please make sure it meets the following guidelines:-File Type: High-resolution PNG with a transparent background or a vector file (such as SVG, AI, or EPS).-Color: Black and white only (no grayscale or color). The black areas will be engraved, and white will remain untouched.-Quality: Artwork must be high-resolution (300 DPI or higher) to ensure clean, detailed engraving.-Simplicity: Fine details or extremely thin lines may not engrave well—bold, clean designs work best.-Ownership: You must own the rights to the design or have explicit permission to use it for commercial purposes.If you're unsure whether your file is suitable, please reach out and we can review it.
WHAT COLORS CAN I GET ENGRAVED?
We offer three engraving styles: a black or dark gray finish, white, and a natural option where the glaze is removed to reveal the light-colored clay underneath. Color availability depends on the mug style and color.
WHAT KIND OF PAINT TO YOU APPLY TO MUGS?
If your mug had paint applied over the engraved area, we use non-toxic ceramic paint. It is applied, allowed to air dry, and then cured with heat making it dishwasher safe. To promote the longevity of the engraving, we do not recommend scrubbing with abrasive materails such as steel wool.
Design Fee
Custom designs include a one-time design fee, which covers the time it takes to prepare and finalize your artwork for engraving. This fee is only charged once per design, not per item, in the event you’re ordering multiples.
CARE INSTRUCTIONS
Microwave/dishwasher safe?
All of our mugs are dishwasher and microwave safe unless otherwise noted.
Will the engraving fade over time?
No. Laser engraving creates a permanent design that won’t wash off or fade.
BULK OR WHOLESALE ORDERS
Discount options
We offer a 10% discount orders on orders of 8 or more mugs with the same design! This applies to both custom and non-custom items.For larger quantities or wholesale inquiries, feel free to email us at [email protected] — we’re happy to discuss additional options.

GIFTING
Can I add a gift message?
Absolutely. Just let us know at checkout or via email if you'd like to include a gift message — we never include prices in the package.
