Whether you have a specific design in mind or need help creating something new, we offer a range of options and design services to fit your needs.*Please note: Design fees are one-time only and won’t be added to each item if you're ordering multiples with the same design.

Shipping

Domestic vs. international shipping

We currently ship within the U.S. via USPS, UPS AND Fed-Ex. We charge a flat shipping fee of $5.99 for all orders, and tracking is included with every order.

Estimated delivery times

Standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days. You'll receive a tracking number once your order ships.

Returns & Refunds

Do you accept returns?

We accept returns on non-customized products within 30 days of delivery. If your item arrives damaged, or you change your mind, you’ll receive a full refund (minus original shipping) once the item is returned.For returns that are not due to damage or defects, a $5.99 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.To start a return, please email us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return.

What if my item arrives damaged?

If your item arrives damaged or there’s an issue with your order, please contact us within 30 days for a full refund or replacement.

Custom or personalized items

Because each item is made to order, we do not accept returns.

PRODUCTION TIME

IN STOCK ITEMS VS. CUSTOM ORDERS

In-stock, non-customized items ship within 1–3 business days. Custom designs typically take 1–2 weeks to produce and ship, depending on the complexity. If additional time is needed, we’ll keep you informed every step of the way.

How to place one

To place a custom order, head to our Custom Orders page and follow the steps listed. Once you're ready, email your request to [email protected] with your design idea, quantity, and any reference images or notes you’d like us to consider.

Design process explained

Once we receive your custom order request, we’ll review your ideas and follow up within 1–2 business days to confirm details. From there:1. We’ll create an initial design mockup based on your vision.2. You’ll have a chance to review it and request two rounds of revisions (included in the design fee).3. Once approved, we’ll move forward with engraving and production.You’ll be kept in the loop throughout the process to ensure the final piece aligns with your vision.

Design Requirements for Custom Artwork

If you’re providing your own logo or artwork for engraving, please make sure it meets the following guidelines:-File Type: High-resolution PNG with a transparent background or a vector file (such as SVG, AI, or EPS).-Color: Black and white only (no grayscale or color). The black areas will be engraved, and white will remain untouched.-Quality: Artwork must be high-resolution (300 DPI or higher) to ensure clean, detailed engraving.-Simplicity: Fine details or extremely thin lines may not engrave well—bold, clean designs work best.-Ownership: You must own the rights to the design or have explicit permission to use it for commercial purposes.If you're unsure whether your file is suitable, feel free to reach out—we’re happy to review it before starting your order!

WHAT COLORS CAN I GET ENGRAVED?

We offer two engraving styles: a black or dark gray finish, and a natural option where the glaze is removed to reveal the light-colored clay underneath. The natural style doesn’t use any added color—just reveals the raw clay beneath which creates contrast between the mug and the engraved imaged.

Design Fee

Custom designs include a one-time design fee, which covers the time it takes to prepare and finalize your artwork for engraving. This fee is only charged once per design, not per item, in the event you’re ordering multiples.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS

Microwave/dishwasher safe?

All of our mugs are dishwasher and microwave safe unless otherwise noted.

Will the engraving fade over time?

No — laser engraving creates a permanent design that won’t wash off or fade.

BULK OR WHOLESALE ORDERS

Discount options

We offer a $2 discount per mug for orders of 8 or more mugs with the same design. This applies to both custom and non-custom items.For larger quantities or wholesale inquiries, feel free to email us at [email protected] — we’re happy to discuss additional options.

Lead times

GIFTING

Can I add a gift message?

Absolutely. Just let us know at checkout or via email if you'd like to include a gift message — we never include prices in the package.
